Henry’s Cat is a British animated children’s series that aired between 1983 and 1993 featuring the daydreaming protagonist Henry’s Cat and his escapades with his friends. In my motion graphics sequence for an animation course, my goal was to create upbeat, playful visuals accompanying the series’ theme song with character designs inspired by sounds in the song and the characters’ movements and changes in the background reacting visually to audio cues.
