The Bus Maintenance Shop at Metro Transit, the transportation department of the Twin Cities metro area, needed a template for their shop meetings that was more visually engaging while still being simple for anyone to edit and adhering to brand standards. In my design, I took inspiration from mechanical forms as a nod to the shop’s work, adding a visual pop while also being able to fade into the background. For the meeting information, I created a clear structure using Microsoft Word’s style features so users can focus on preparing the meeting and not trying to figure out if their fonts or colors are correct.
